The facilities were terrific. The location to the airport with the shuttle service was extremely convenient. I reserved a room well in advance to my trip to Geneva. I reserved a room with 2 beds. Upon arrival I was informed that I had been "upgraded" to a suite with a king bed. My associate had to sleep on a fold-out couch. For $460 this was very poor value. On top of this we ate at the hotel for breakfast and dinner which brough our total bill to almost $700. |

I called the desk because the volume of the movie I paid for was so low as to be inaudible. The person I spoke to seemed unconcerned but agreed to send someone to see if the problem could be fixed. No one ever came. Also, the bottom seal was missing off the shower and the bathroom flooded. I expected the cleaning staff to report this problem but it seems they did not. I had to report it myself |

Nice rooms, near the EXPO center and very close to airport (free shuttle). You won't get a "cozy" feeling there. It's good as a business hotel. |
